Description

The aluminum vertical frames have an upper crossbar with star bolts or tube pins. This serves as a simple and secure way of suspending the scaffolding decks, which additionally stabilize the scaffolding both at right angles and parallel to the façade. Each bay requires either two 32 cm wide decks or one 64 cm wide board or access deck.

The guardrails and other components are locked by self-locking tilting pins. A vertical diagonal brace is installed as a longitudinal brace on the outside of the scaffolding bay. Before attaching the frame to the starting bay, the lower diagonal brace must be pushed onto the base spindles or base plates. The diagonal brace is then hooked into the outer tilting pins.

The aluminum vertical frames are available in different heights. Made from aluminum tubing with a diameter of 48.3 mm. Compensating frames are provided for inclined installation surfaces, height jumps and specific layer heights. The SL70 aluminum compensation frames are available in the sizes 0.50 m, 1.00 m and 1.50 m.
